Warranty

Walker Digital is a direct supplier of accessories for mobile devices. Thanks to this, we control the quality of our products, promptly responding to all the wishes of our Partners and Clients. The warranty provides for a free exchange of goods during the warranty period, within the limits of available stock balances, or writing off its value to the Client's balance sheet at the current (as of the date of shipment) price of the goods.

Warranty terms for accessories for mobile devices:

  • Only goods that have retained their appearance and all consumer properties without mechanical damage are accepted for return.
  • Return/exchange of goods is carried out in the presence of packaging and complete set.
  • Products received for return must match the labeling on the packaging.
  • Together with the goods, the Client must provide a Return Act with a detailed description of the defects and reasons for such a return. Goods with a description such as defective", "not working", "not for sale" are not accepted for return."
  • Before returning the goods, the Client must issue a return of goods in the personal account of the site, in the section "Return of goods"

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty period for the return of good goods is 14 calendar days from the date of ordering.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, the Client must check that the received goods correspond to the names indicated in the invoice.
  • In the event of mechanical damage (defects), the Client must notify the personal manager and send him/her a photo/video confirmation of the said defects.
  • Claims regarding the availability and completeness of the goods, according to the invoice, as well as claims for mechanical damage are accepted within 1 business day from the date of receipt of the goods by the Client.
  • Acceptance of the defect, its subsequent exchange or write-off shall be carried out only after preliminary diagnostics and in accordance with the warranty conditions. In case of non-compliance with the above warranty conditions, the goods will not be accepted for return.
