Terms and Conditions of Walker Digital GmbH
§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer at the time the order is placed. A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online store https://www.walker.pro.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The order is placed in the following steps:
1. Log in to your account by entering your login information (email address and password) or register as a new customer. Important: to place an order, you must be registered on the site and have a "Personal account"

3. Add the product to the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "Buy" button.
4. Click on "Cart" and select "Go to cart"
5. Check your order and click "Checkout"
6. On the "Checkout" page, check your personal information and correct it if necessary
7. Confirm the sending of your order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using to check their details and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer. (5) Saving of the contract text for orders placed through our online store: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.walker.pro.de/AGB.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 1 - 4 working days at the latest. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline extends to the next working day. (2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of title We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
